Riverside is a new 200,000 sq ft landmark office building in Embassy Gardens, Nine Elms. Designed by Morris & Co, each floor has uninterrupted views of the river with over 16,000sq ft of terraces promoting sustainability and wellbeing.
Nine Elms has recently been transformed into a new and exciting residential and business district. Our brief was to promote the new office building to potential tenants. A key part of the challenge was educating CEOs and CFOs that Nine Elms was a desirable location for their office. Even though the regenerated Battersea Power Station has helped to put the area on the map, it’s still not seen as an orthodox office location. We came up with the name ‘Riverside’ which helped to support the close proximity and views of the River Thames.
